Weight Loss Check-In 10/14/02

Hi Anna :)......Yes I workout with Cathe. I just did Circuit Max today.....using lots of modifications but I can get all the way through it. I can't do a lot of high impact because it starts to hurt my knees.

I really like doing my weights with Cathe and I have a fair number of them......but I like Bodymax, Imax, Circuit Max and Cardio Kicks too.....though I make modifications there too. I just looked back and found you had just ordered some of these.....you are going to just love them. Have fun.

Hi everyone

I have been lurking for a while and reading your check in's, and you are all so inspirational. I'd like to start checking in too.

I currently weigh 168.5 and would like to weigh 135 - 140. I try to eat healthy most of the time, but my BIG problem is portion sizes. I'm going to dig out my Weight Watchers info from when I was a member last year - I managed to go down from 185 to about 165, but then couldn't carry on going to the meetings because of my schedule, and as you can tell without the accountability aspect I quickly lost it.

I excercise 5 - 6 days a week, and have just started Donna's kickbox rotation (Donna you rock! You are such an inspiration!).

Had to drop out due to my commute changing to 1hr+ each way to work. So, I started back with my home videos but was bored with them all...found videofitness.com and voila! found Cathe!

I started in Sept with the Classics DVD and bought CTX 3 weeks ago (and just purchased 3 more last week). I am totally infatuated with Cathe and can hardly bear to do another workout but since I'm not used to working this hard I do occasionally have to resort to the oldie but goodies.

Anyway I am currently at 255 and have lost ~ 2 lbs per week since beginning with my Cathe tapes. I am one of the fittest fat people I know! :cool:

I've read some of Donna's stories throughout the year and have cracked up out loud at some of her descriptions of modifying plyos and other moves. I may not leap through the air but I'm getting my workout on!

So, I'll be joining you all and look forward to continued success for us all. (PS Donna you'll be seeing an email from me regarding your 'famous' rotations!)

You are very welcome! Just remember...we are all in this together! Let's stick together girls because I know we can beat this!! Everytime I use my Cathe dvd's - I feel stronger and I feel better about myself. Bad days come but the support we get off these Forums will keep us strong emotionally.

Donna - I sent you a "reminder" email! Can't wait to get your rotation!
