PS- this weekend for me is maybe biking, walking for sure, and kayaking the lower basin of the AuSable River in northern MI.
Never kayaked before so this will be my maiden voyage.
 
We're going to Cooperstown, New York, with my son's baseball team (which my husband coaches) to play baseball for a week at the Baseball Hall of Fame's Dream Park, which is a camp program for 12 year olds. Should be lots of fun once I get everyone and everything packed!

We are going to Vegas for a week, yay! But, the gym at the hotel I'm staying at charges $35/day, that just seems ridiculously high, maybe one day I'll pay it and get in a good weight workout. So I'm going to bring a couple Turbo Jam videos, they don't require a lot of space to follow.

Although I thought it would be funny to play one $35 hand of blackjack every morning to make my decision on whether or not to go to the gym :p
 
Have 4 days off since I added Monday to the long weekend.

Will be finished with my rotation and am planning on switching it up for a bit.

On tap for either Friday or Sat will be a "test 10K" run for an upcoming fundraiser race. Tried last week but dogged it so will try one more time - the race is in a week and a half.

Will most likely take advantage of not working and do a bit more with my CC's since the are new. Also have some new TJ's so need to break them in.
 
On Friday morning I am doing a full body kettlebell work out before leaving for Atlantic City for the weekend. I am hoping to get in a 30 minute run on the boards on either Saturday or Sunday and I will rest on the other day. :)

Hmmm, biking/picnic today with a Cathe timesaver later. Tomorrow we go camping and will try to get in another bike ride and/or walk once at the campground. On the weekend we are going to my mom's where there is no DVD player so walking or biking will be the plan. I just bought a bicycle in June, after a long period of no bike and I realised how much I missed it. My husband loves exploring new cycle trails, and having me along with him too!:p

Thursday - CC - DS will be home
Friday - GS Legs - cookout/fireworks with friends
Saturday - something cardio - work
Sunday - too far away to plan - work

Jennifer, have fun kayaking. I'm looking forward to doing some in North Carolina in August, when we visit some friends there.

I am going to my mom's house for the 4th and 5th, so I will be away from my Cathes and my equipment. Her development has a fitness center with cardio machines, but not much in the way of free weights. I will definitely be getting in my cardio while I am there, but not sure about the weight work, maybe I will take some dumbbells with me! Sunday, once I return home will be Legs and Glutes!

i'll be fishing in the florida keys with my family and DH. I'm not working out at all since i will be active doing outdoor activities.

Friday - 8K Baytree 4th of July Race - then cookout with family/friends

Saturday - 4DS Upper Body Premix in the morning and crossfit cardio workout in afternoon

Sunday - 4 mile run

Today ~ Drill Max Cardio/ Leg premix- just finished. Shoulders & ArmsX + ARX w/ my dh tonight.

Thurs ~ 6 mile run + some yoga

Fri ~ 75 min bike/ 3 mile run

Sat ~ Either a run or hike, and hopefully water skiing on my FIL's new boat!!

Sun ~ Probably a rest day

Heading to my IL's for the holiday weekend.
 
I'm traveling to the Buffalo area to see my family so I usually walk 2.5 miles on a nearby high school track each day. My kids and DH can run or walk too so it's easy for all of us.

I recently purchased Tony Horton's Power Half Hour Bun Blaster & Thigh Trimmer and his P90x+ Intervals so I'm bringing them too. All of them are great hotel room workouts--reasonably short, no equipment & not much space needed. Working out helps me deal with the inevitable family "dynamics", shall we say. :p

Saturday::HIIT on treadmill (DH coming home!!!! was away for 2 weeks for work)
Sunday::OFF

I wish we were doing something fun, usually we go to my brothers in Jersey for the holiday; but with DH coming home, not this year. It will be nice just to hang as a family:)

No Cathe for me this weekend; going overnight camping with DH and my horse. :)

Thursday: 60 minute horseback ride
Friday: Music City 10k race (I'll be the one in the back ;))
Saturday night: after dark horseback ride on trails
Sunday: long distance horseback ride

Sounds pretty good! I might try to get some weights in on the weekend, but we'll see :)
