Good morning ladies! I'm taking a rest weekend, but starting thread for anyone working out.

Annette, big day today! Hoping everything goes as planned and have a wonderful time!

Hi! I'm new to the forums so jumping in with this thread. I am doing the November rotation & really loving it! Today is Yoga Relax, which will be perfect for today! I may add in STS 2.0 Active Recovery for tomorrow.

Good Sunday Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of Tiff & Dan for legs - 37 minutes. I added on Tiff & Dan arms for 15 minutes. I did a Cathe warm up from ICE CLB. I took a rest day yesterday as I had too much work to get done before heading into the office.

Linda, Nora and Annette - y'all are taking rest days this weekend. Enjoy your break. I always feel so ready to work out after taking a couple of days off (1 day off doesn't quite do it for me).

Nicki - I'm assuming you got in a workout this weekend :)

DeannaTS - Welcome to the daily check-in! We are so pleased to have you here with us. Great choice on yoga relax! I think yoga has to be on my rotation for tomorrow. I need a good quiet and long stretch.

Annette - I hope the wedding went off without a hitch!

Thanks for the welcome!!!! I'm still sore from the Pyramid workouts earlier this week! I laughed when Cathe said she was having an outer body experience during the biceps section! That's just how I felt! It wasn't even me continuing to lift those dumbbells!!

Hope your soreness goes away soon Nora! I had my mammo a week ago Friday
and had to wait a whole week until this past Friday to finally receive my letter that it
was normal. I missed having one last year, for whatever reason, and I was more
anxious this time. I am so with you on the relief you feel when you receive that response.
 
I threw in Step Sync today. I've been working on it a little at a time & I've almost got it! I think I only messed up 4 times this time. As I get it down, it gets more fun every time I do it. I like how Cathe adds in the more mindless power jump section between each segment at the end. Love more choreographed step routines because it keeps the boredom away once I learn them. I LOVE the music in the Step Boss series.

Haven't been able to do anything because my legs are still not right. I think it may be something more so I will most likely seek medical advice. Stopped by the gym Friday to talk to Vanessa (trainer) and she gave me some exercises to do and froze my gym membership until Dec.
