Today's workout:

CatheLive- "Bands, Loops & Weights-Oh My!" - 54 min. Today was a long one, so that's definitely it! LOL!
But it was a fun one! :)

Good Saturday Morning Everyone,

Today I did Cathe's latest live. It was challenging at times - mainly due to balance/co-ordination moves which were fun. Cathe and Kristen (?) look so fit in this one. The w/o was 48 minutes (I'm not in the office today until 10:30am so I had time to w/o).

Linda - nice job with your weekend w/o!
Annette - you are very adaptive, going back to the gym for your w/o. I probably would have given it a pass after the power outage.
Nora - I love DOMS!!! But I also don't like when they are so much that you have to take a day or two off :( I hope you got some rest.
Nicki - How are you doing? How's recovery moving along?

Ripped w/HiiT: Lift It HiiT It Back, Biceps & Shoulders - Premix#3 Timesaver Two No finishers = 38 Min

LMRE2- HITT Fusion = 29 Min - This was my first time with this, so fun! I did modify on some of the high impact moves because of my knee, but this was still sweaty fun:)

Great workout Saturday, Nora, with Ripped w/HiiT: Lift It HiiT It Back, Biceps & Shoulders - Premix#3 Timesaver Two No finishers = 38 Min & LMRE2- HITT Fusion = 29 Min. I really like the Hiit Fusion workout
too, and I always modify....I love the standing core moves!
 
Good Sunday Morning Ladies,

Happy Mother's Day! Today I did an LMR2 warm-up for 6 minutes, the a YT KB legs workout for 21 minutes and my own stretch. That's it for me today.

Nora - WTG with your hiit fusion workout. This new series has so much variety and is fun!
