CoffeyFit Raw- "Rebound & Lift" - 51 min. (Yikes, a long one, but it goes so fast) Two Rounds of Alternating
1 min. on the rebounder with 1 min. off doing dumbbell exercises for the upper body. As Kelly says, "Alot
of fun to be had by all" ! :)

No workout for me today. Had Jeffrey's dining room set delivererd to the condo today and he is at the beach for the weekend so that's what I did today and grocery store.

Hi ladies,

I ended up taking a 38 minute walk downtown after the storm cooled it off some. At the end the humidity was coming back because we are due for another round of storms.

Nicki, my hip is better, thanks for asking.

Yesterday I did another Precision YT KB w/o for about 35 minutes. Today I did a mix of a warm-up from the ICE series, a 15 minute YT KB w/o and about 15 minutes of a YT C&E weighted core w/o. Now, to get ready for work!

Hee, Hee, well, actually no :) I ended up doing a YT-Improved Health- 20 min. Country Indoor Walking
workout a little bit ago! It looked fun (and it was) so I thought I'd give it a go!
