Hi ladies,

Yay!! I got a Saturday workout in,whoohoo!!

Just finished Hard Strikes the premix with just the kickboxing and boxing cardio and the cooldown stretch which is 34.43 minutes. I am sweating buckets but the house temp was only 79°F , so just under my no w/o at home temp.

Nice workouts so far ladies!!
