CD canceled the live step class this morning, so I chose this one.


It’s rare that she does a 30 minute intermediate to advanced. Really enjoyed it! This is where the spider move was introduced. Followed by a low impact, easier cycling class.

I took a rest day yesterday. Today I did 40 minutes of Cathe's latest live workout for lower body. That was so good and is filled with variety.

Good job with everyone's workouts Friday and yesterday! yeah :)

Nora - I'm glad to read Miss Hector has turned a corner. So happy for you that all is well, once again. Phew.
Linda - Yeah to your recovery. Thank goodness you're feeling better.
ChelePA - you and Nora both have a lot of stamina and can endure long workouts. I'm impressed.

Aqua girl….glad to hear you are doing well.

CD’s dogs were making me nervous in that step class yesterday. She finally had them moved out of the workout area. I was so afraid someone was going to trip over them.

Cathe Live: Slam-Hiit (#372). 27 exercises. No repeats. Nice mix of high and low impact. Followed by a 10 minute full body foam rolling stretch and 5 minute neck mobility routine.

wow! I really like that she slowly shows the more complex moves first!

Annette, we have a Buc ee's - been open for a couple of years and I have never been! It's about 2 miles from me. I really must go.

Lost my internet connection for a few days. Finally got it back right before the NFL games started today! Planning to further organize my workout room while I watch football. I have a few things I am assembling (a DVD tower and a media console to hold the tv) and the instructions are hard to follow! Stupid me first put together the DVD tower in my bedroom, then realized it was too heavy for me to get upstairs by myself. Had to disassemble and take up piece by piece. For the tv console, I am going to take up and assemble as the instructions call for the next piece. It weighs 75 lbs. LOL

I have the worst luck! Went upstairs to put on the game and reassemble the DVD console, and, tv would not work. Saying issue connecting and to contact Amazon customer service for assistance. Since I had been on the phone already with Spectum 3 times, I said, forget it! Came downstairs and watched football. I can't win for losing!:confused:
Will try again tomorrow
 
I just took a 30 minute walk around the neighborhood. It was nice outside. Saw a new really scrawny kitty that followed me for awhile. He or she was pretty but skinny, oh my. I could feel the spine when I petted it.

Possibly my last pool day tomorrow unless I rearrange my workout schedule for the rest of the week.
