ChelePA - CD's Live Step! Step workouts are not my favorite and that's probably because I am terrible at it but do love it when I finally get the moves down. I really need to do more of it and wondering if I can slow down the pace without putting it on slo mo mode??CD’s Live Step. She included some slow breakdown for a few combos. That never really bothers me because I remember when I needed the extra instruction. Quite the cardio effect for this one! Enjoyed the 80s tunes. Followed with a 20 minute yin yoga.

It's tax-free weekend in SC (for back to school) through tomorrow so I plan on getting up in the morning and try to get some shopping in before the church goers get out. That's the best time to shop.

My cat had surgery about a week ago for bladder stones. My cat, Miss Hector is having some complications and will need to go in Monday, fingers crossed to deal with pus blister popped near stitches not sure if its a pop stitch that got infected or what. So, I've been concerned about her. My dog Luna, she's fine but concerned about Miss Hector and I suspect a little jealous or the extra attention Miss Hector is getting. Fur kids are so cute and competitive. So praying for Miss Hector to get good news from vet![]()
