Weekend Check-in, Saturday & Sunday, August 2 & 3, 2025

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I managed about 35 minutes of RWH LIHI for chest/shoulders/triceps - I only managed chest/shoulders as I'm short on time.

Linda - I'm sure you're glad to be back at it again :)
Annette - great job yesterday with your KB and cleanmax workouts
ChelePA - WTG with your Cathe Live Glute Camp - I gotta check that out!

CD’s Live Step. She included some slow breakdown for a few combos. That never really bothers me because I remember when I needed the extra instruction. Quite the cardio effect for this one! Enjoyed the 80s tunes. Followed with a 20 minute yin yoga.

ChelePA - CD's Live Step! Step workouts are not my favorite and that's probably because I am terrible at it but do love it when I finally get the moves down. I really need to do more of it and wondering if I can slow down the pace without putting it on slo mo mode??

I am going to try to find a live workout with abs and glutes. If I don't, I'm going to do the July 21 live workout. I am just loving this Cathe Live!!

It's tax-free weekend in SC (for back to school) through tomorrow so I plan on getting up in the morning and try to get some shopping in before the church goers get out. That's the best time to shop.

You can slow down the pace of YouTube videos. I actually sometimes speed it up for the slower BPM classes.

 
Hi ladies,

Yay!! I got a Saturday workout in, I did Cathe's Rev'd Up Rumble which is 41 minutes. I am sweating.

Nice workouts so far ladies!!

Tomorrow will be a rest day unless I take a walk.
