Oh, Peg, she sounds like a miserable arsehole. Sorry, my dear. One of those that you have to limit your amounts of time around right? As for rest, no, not really. 3.5 hrs last night which is better that none I guess.
Siobhan, isn't it wonderful when everything is in one place? I like that! That is why I was so sad to see fitnessglow go. I used it so very much. It had foam rolling, weights, circuits, pilates etc.
Annette, nice walk! How has your cat been doing btw? I was wondering to myself this morning.

Today I just did a short hike. Might try to get in some yin yoga later. Right now we are making honey pancakes for supper. lol.

Not good. She now has nosebleeds if she eats too much or too fast. Probably will be seeing the vet this week and we may put her down. Unless the vet sees improvement in her eye which I don't. Sigh. We shall see, thanks for asking.

wow, peg, that had to be tough seeing your dad through such a negative person. I've never had step parents. even though my parents separated, neither of them ever brought a partner around. I am not even sure either of them ever dated again, actually.
