Hi ladies,

Today with hubby off to the store in the cold, I stayed home and did a 35 minute Taebo Power Circuit 1 workout off YouTube. Considering I didn't change clothes it wasn't a bad workout for wearing regular clothes and no shoes.

Part of the time I had on my boxing gloves.

Nice quick workout for a Saturday.

My shoulder blades are really hurting from yesterday's workout plus the sled probably didn't help either.

Nice workouts or rest feel better days for us all.

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of a Cathe live warm-up and a YT KB workout for 30 minutes. I will do my own stretch after this post.

Linda - Enjoy your rest weekend! It's blustery and cold here too. DH and I don't have a lot of pics so I'm glad he took a selfie when we sat down to adjust our skates.
Annette - great workout without having to change into gym clothes!

I think this is the last cold weekend of the season for us here in T.O. (fingers crossed). It's the snow. I need it to melt. There are piles and piles of it around my office with nowhere to park (it's street parking only).

At least you got one in which is much more than I can say. Leg just won't let me. Pain meds aren't helping. They did for one day.
 
Hello, Ladies! Still haven't been able to work out and I am so upset. I'm losing my muscle and my legs look horrible. Hoping MRI will show something.
Watching the Super Bowl now. I DID NOT enjoy the half time show.
 
Siobhan, good for you with your Sunday workout! Nicki, I hope you soon find relief! BTW, if you still have
OnDemand, all the new workouts are on there, maybe you could preview while waiting for your dvds......
