Today I worked a tad on the revamp of the cardio no purpose moves routine. I typed up a new version with compound weight moves like shoulder press into a tricep kickback and bicep curl into a side lateral. I made both weight songs the exact same. It is 8 moves, with the option to repeat if time allows. Cardio is taken from the original routine plus some older stuff taken from other workouts and a small amount of new material.
We will see how it goes.
I teach every day but Thursday this week because the other instructor is on vacation.
