Weekend Check-in, February 4&5, 2017

Well, starting us out on Sat.evening...got several workouts in today, earlier I did 35 min. Blender weights
Mix and later I did 2 of my 16 min. Ones: 16 min. S&S Legs/Abs and 16 min. Ice Cardio. All of them were
Fun.
 
Nice workout Aqua girl. Today was a much needed rest day for me. Have a great weekend ladies!

Thanks Annette, just want to add on another one: :) 25 min abs & core workout I just finished blending ! Wonder where everybody is?
 
Here I am!! Hi ladies. Well, I got a DVD from the library. P90 cardio #3 & 4. No idea what that means but it's Tony Horton from beachbody. It was boring but managed to get my HR up. Simple cardio drills repeated over and over, finished with abs. Was that a rest day for me? Meh. I'm going to try a 3 day cleanse!! Still trying to help my GI system. Aquagirl, maybe we should talk.... my insides are pissing me off!! Talk to everyone tomorrow.
 
Hey ladies, glad your day of working out is fun Linda! :) Take in your well deserved rest Annette! Peg, I believe DH also got those at one point from the library and I thought they were pretty good. No fun factor like Cathe, though. I also am not a fan of Tony's ab moves, but I feel that way about almost all on the floor ab moves. lol.
Today I did Jenny Ford's 30 minutes March/walk & DIY good mornings. Didn't feel up to much, so feel pretty awesome that I did that today! ;)

Hey all! Yesterday was a rest day and I rested! Today I did 1:30:00 ride, 30 minutes at tempo....actually used a harder gear to keep my heart rate in the zone, so that's improvement!

Tomorrow is a 2:30:00. Hubby has a 4 hour! So we're probably going to try to do it outside. There is a business park we go to that has a 2 mile loop and on the weekends there's not much traffic. It's really where I was able to get started cycling....when I started out, I would average 9 miles per hour and now I average 15 or so! My average daily heart rate was 90 and now it's 65. Wow!
 
She seems better. She's been peeing since I started putting water in her food, and last night I heard her drinking out of her bowl. But she's had a couple of accidents. Probably my fault, I might not have taken her out enough.
 
Hi Everyone,

I am late to check in. yesterday and today I did my own blended workouts of Cathe - yesterday was lower body and today upper body. I've been doing a lot of PUB/PLB with cardio mixed in.

Great to see us all checking in. Glad your dog is doing well Missy. I only tried P90X - the cardio was meh. The weight workouts were good and my DH shed weight when he did those.

I hope to see you all tomorrow.

Afternoon, spent about 3 hrs there. My sister & hubby were there and my niece & her family from Georgia came
Up for the weekend as well. When I got home, I did a 45 min. Blender mix called Metabolic Muscle Meltdown.
It combines exercises from the Muscle Meltdowns with compound exercises from S&S, Ice, RWH & Xtrain.

Hey everyone. Missy, Im glad your pup is doing better. They certainly pull at the heartstrings when they're not well. Ceci....no Mike D. today? Teehee. Elsie, you're right...no fun factor that matches Cathe. It was an ok workout....that's it. Aqua girl, I hope you had a nice time visiting with family. I'm usually happy to have the day over with sometimes....too much drama and BS. Anyway, today I did Dana Pieper Total body conditioning. It has cardio, toning and MANY squat variations. Ok, after supper and walking Coco, I decided to do another workout, short but "sweet", I did a 22 min. Heavy Bag blender mix. That's it
for tonight !
 
Hi ladies,

Such gr8 w/o's over the weekend.

I didn't manage any Saturday/Sunday. I felt really under the weather and my son had a game and I had lots of household chores to do. By the time I had me time it was after 9 at night and that's not a time I start w/o's on weekends.

Sunday I wasn't feeling much better, but I thought I might be able to manage a w/o late morning as soon as I had finushed the gift for a friend's bday... The party was Sunday afternoon/evening. Unfortunately I had miscalculated the amount of time I would need to finish the gift. I thought I'd need an hour, but instead it took me 3.5 hours, so that left no time to w/o.

I feel bad... Like lazy bad after a whole weekend without a w/o, but I did w/o the other 5 days and I am really not feeling well at the moment, so I keep telling myself there is no need to feel bad. Rest is good for me.

Regarding Tony Horton... I cannot do his w/o's. I find them boring and he plain out annoys me. Some trainers are just really not my thing.
