Hi, everyone! My back was bugging me last night, so for safety's sake I opted for a rest day today instead of Lower Body Blast + shoulders. The rotation called for a rest day tomorrow. Which I think means I'll need to put a day of spin for steady-state in between the next two Cathe workouts in the ICE rotation (so as not to overwork the same body parts). I'm fine with that! In it for the long haul. My new tablet arrived yesterday and I'm all set up with the OnDemand and CL subscription (free week trial first)!!! I'm pumped. The screen is pretty small but I don't think that will matter too much. My workout room is also small! Haha.
Geoff: thanks for sharing the pics! So pretty. I have friends that moved to Miami in May so I imagine they're seeing that kind of thing now!
I'm with you ladies who struggle with shorter workouts. I'm a sweat junkie, too! But my body tells me what's what, and after many years of not listening, I finally am. And I'm happier for it, so I try to honor that!
