Week to Week 12/7/20-12/13/20

Morning all! Today I started my ICE rotation! Rock em Sock em Kickbox + MM triceps. Whew, good stuff! Tho I feel silly and uncoordinated doing the jabs and cuts and stuff haha. Who cares? It's fun and I sweat!

I just ordered a tablet to make streaming easier so I can try OnDemand lol. :p we stream Netflix and Amazon prime all the time with no issues so I think I'll be fine. I hope! Folks who used OnDemand - are all the premixes there like you get on the discs?

Hi all

Today was a workout blender mix of Perfect30 High and Low Hiit, Mobility and Yoga. Not terribly hard so good for a Monday morning.

JennieBean yes the premixes are onDemand. We stream everything so if you’re streaming Netflix and Amazon prime you should have no issue with the live or on demand.

Jacmar, thank you so much! I'm soooo excited. I did test the streaming on my phone and we do stream everything (cut the cable cord years ago) with no issues so like you said, I should be fine. Hubs is even excited for me.
Plus, I'm a former spinning instructor and I'm so curious to see what Cathe's spin workouts are like. I had a big following at the gym (people used to fight over bikes lol) and I know my classes were pretty tough but I bet Cathe leaves me in the dust! :D
 
Good morning, everyone! Today was To The Mat from ICE. My new stability ball def wasn't inflated enough but I managed, lol! First time I've ever done a Cathe workout with NO CARDIO. It was a shock!:p
Def had to take a few breaks here and there but was not bad. I'm sure I'll be very sore in the morning!

Hi Ladies,

Been a bit busy at work today we changed over to a new access control system and ID's at the airport and so far it's been smooth. Delating with a cold snap in my part of the world but I don't mind it to much.
Sunday: Firm Vol. 3
Monday: Kathy Smith Total Body Lift.
I got home late today for obvious reasons! I really, wanted to get a Cathe in so I had to get created so I did a premix from her Strong Body Stacked Sets Upper.
Tomorrow, is stretching and taking Cooper to see Santa Paws!

Good morning! I just realized I forgot to post yesterday. I did ICE Low Impact Sweat, and again had to modify almost every move. Today was Perfect30 Perfect Flow Yoga. :)

Today was KY 15m & Stott 3D Balance 45m
I have some work to do in order to be able to complete some of the movements where you’re balancing in bridge with one foot on the ball while moving the other leg in the air. :oops: I can squeak out a couple reps but that’s it.

Today was ICE Metabolic Total Body + MM chest + core. Good stuff! Man, those muscle meltdowns are aptly named. I pretty much get to failure by the end! Tomorrow my new tablet is supposed to arrive and I'm super pumped! I've never had one before. I'm working so much OT during the week that by the time I log out I have very little energy so I may wait till the weekend to work on setting it up. But by next week I hope to be streaming Cathe OnDemand!! :D

Carol: I'm slated to do ICE Low Impact Sweat tomorrow! I am hoping to be able to hang in there. I'll be ready to modify tho!!

Annette: That bridgework move sounds really hard! At least you can get a couple of reps!

Geoff: That does sound like a long day at work! Sooo good you still got a workout in. I hope you enjoy your stretching and Cooper has fun with Santa tomorrow!

Good morning, all! The ICE rotation (chapter 2) called for Low Impact Sweat today, like I mentioned yesterday. I didn't realize till I looked again this morning that it was just Cardio 1! That was a good workout tho. Plus MM back. Nice to vary the length and intensity of the workouts.

Hi Everyone,

KY 15m & a 30m Rebounding mix from an old DVD called Starbound. It’s an easy routine but since my rebounder is slower than hers I have to jump faster and decelerate using my legs to follow the music. I was a sweaty mess which felt perfect for today.

JennieBean: I agree about switching up length & intensity in our workouts. It helps me stay really motivated.
