Today was KY 20m, Tracie Long Core Movements Volume 1 30m

I’m tempted to do something else but will probably settle for getting some Christmas gifts wrapped. (I hate last minute wrapping when all I want to do is indulge in tea and cookies.;)

Sunday: Cathe Lite Athletic Training
Today: Lite Strong Body Upper
Cooper's blood work came back and his calcium level is in the normal rage!!
However, today was a crappy Monday got a flat tire on the way to work and had to take Cooper back to the vet, apparently he hurt his paw. At least tomorrow is another day!

Good morning! I didn't workout yesterday because I wasn't feeling well at all. Better today. :) Did most of XTrain All Out Low Impact and loved it! What a fun workout! :) Happy December, everyone!

Today was KY 20m & Step Boss Intermediate bonus step 21m - It’s my happy :) workout!

Geoff: So glad to hear of Cooper’s improved blood levels. Sorry about your tire and his foot. When it rains it pours.

CarolRose: Glad you’re feeling better. Yes, the Xtrain WOs are great!

Hi everyone,

I am finally over my back attack. I was going to start working out again this week, but I just have so many things to do. Monday was leaf raking and bagging and today was a nice walk with my dog. Not traditional workouts but exercise none the less. I might do some Margaret Richard tomorrow.
 
Good morning! I did the first express pre-mix of Yoga Relax from Cathe's Low Impact series. Wow. LOVED IT. So restorative. The music was great, and the length (about 28 minutes) was just perfect for today. :)

Today was CL Cardio Kickboxing Bootcamp and yoga.

Lannette - it‘s going to be awhile before I get the DVD’s up on eBay. December is a very busy time of year at work and when I am off we like to do fun stuff :)

CarolRose: I love Yoga Relax! I always forget about Cathe’s yoga as I always tend to do Yoga TX.

Sherri - Glad to hear your back is doing better. I can‘t stand to rack leaves and always leave that job for my husband.

Hello all,

I did it. I forced myself. Today was Margaret Richard Perfect in 10 - 1A. It is so hard to get back on the horse after I have been off for a while. Margaret is my go to workout for restarting. No dread factor and 30 minutes.

Lisa - I used the blower to round up all the leaves in one area and then bagged them. The rake kills my back. Thank you so much for the Cathe!!!! It did help motivate me today.

Yesterday, I had a sore hamstring so I changed workouts and did 30min of stretching and feels better! Today, Stephanie Corley Huckabee Power Fit Harmony Core Express in the books!! Hi all! I have been lazy with posting but luckily not too lazy physically haha!

Monday I took an extra rest day because I slept really poorly the night before and could not fathom getting up to work out!

Tuesday I did RWH lower body circuit and GOOD LORD, I think it might take me a good year to get my stamina up to where I'm not taking *very* frequent breaks! Was still fun.

Wednesday I got on the spin bike before work and really enjoyed myself.

Today I did RWH Upper Body Circuit + Abs #1 again. I love this workout!

Guys I'm so excited. The ICE series arrived this week! I'm gonna start it Monday, I think! Have you guys done it? What has your experience been?

Today was a replay of KY 20m & Step Boss Intermediate bonus step. I haven’t been mentioning it but I’ve also been doing some Pilates chair work daily and my back stretches.

Geoff: Glad your hamstring feels better. My Christmas shopping is also done. Last package arrives tomorrow. Started wrapping too.

CarolRose: Last month I tacked on just 4 minutes of Cathe’s HIIT to my workouts for a couple of weeks. I took a CEU course on HIIT that mentioned this approach. Well, the results are in and I was able to add another riser to my step and my walking speed increased by 4/10 of a MPH. It really works.

JennieBean: I really enjoy the ICE workouts! There are so many Premixes and bonuses that I feel I may never finish trying them all. So much fun!

Today was Yvette Cardio Mixup and Yoga.

Lannette: Thanks for getting us started each day. I went through a pilates/barre phase for a while but my body really did not respond well to it. I need to do more cardio/circuit with weights type workouts.

Geoff: I am glad to hear your hamstring is feeling better. My legs are always so tight!

JennieBean: I lIke the ICE series. I just don’t reach for it that often

CarolRose: The RWH series is one of two (the other being Xtrain) of my favorite Cathe releases of all time. I did both of those LI Hiit workouts this week plus the Abs. Love it!

Sherri: I will send out your DVD’s in the next week or two.
