Week to Week 11/09/20-11/15/20

Today was Jessica Smith WS3 Cardio Hit!. This was fun.

Lannette - Layla is doing great. Each week of pt adds a few more minutes of each exercise. Today, after pt, she was limping on the "fixed" leg. I think I will go back to last weeks schedule and add more minutes next week.

CarolRose - I love Slow and Heavy!!

Today was KY 15m, HIIT 4m, Walking Intervals 40m

I enjoyed Cathe’s band workouts so much this weekend that I decided to see if she has any that can be downloaded. Not sure exactly how that will go but it won’t happen if I don’t try it.

The CL posted today is a band workout!

Yesterday was Firm Fat Blaster & today my Mom came over and we did the mat work from Kathy Smith Tone Up! I just absolutely LOVE her nails...Wish I could get mine to look like that!!!

Today was CL 2015 Road Trip Kickboxing and Yoga,

I so wish we could get this Covid under control. It’s getting depressing.

Today is an active rest day for me. I did some KY meditation and chanting, the 30 minute Mobility Time saver and the Extended stretch. Ah! Bliss!

Lisa: Once again your thoughts mirror my own. I will check out the CL you previously mentioned. I’ll have to wait until the beginning of December to be sure I have enough data left to download.

Sherri: I’m glad to hear that Layla’s progressing. Great idea to walk her back a step.

It’s only 4:here and it’s almost dark. Zzzzzz
Today I did KY, a 30m UB Pilates Reformer WO, a Pilates standing UB weight session (15m) & a 10m Magic Circle session. I skipped the HIIT because I was feeling really relaxed and wanted to savor it.

Good morning! Rainy and WINDY here today. :) I did Firm Parts Not So Tough Aerobics (aka Light Aerobic Mix) today. I always forget how tough the original Firm workouts actually were. :)
 
Extremely windy here!
Today I did a LB focused KY session and a 58 minute LB session that ended up being a basic ballet barre & Pilates Wunda Chair. It felt great!

I can’t believe how this week flew by. We’re getting set up for winter.
