Week-end Check-in, Saturday-Sunday, Oct. 28-29, 2017

Hey girls, managed to get 4.75 hrs of sleep today, most I have gotten in awhile due to all of the 24 hr noise, so I have to take it where I can. lol. Was having strange dreams. Then a very busy day. Hey, wicked workout there Missy!! Hope you are able to take it easy tomorrow. Annette, perhaps you could convince your class that a 24 min intense one would help with belly pooches?! That may convince them. lol. If it's one thing Hiit..ish routines are beneficial for, it's the belly pooch!!
Oh, Peg, so sorry to hear about your restless legs. I have just experienced it mildly. Just eating some good fats before bed helped. My Mom had it something awful during meno though ...hope that isn't what I'm in for. ((be well)). Hey, sounds like your workouts have been a blast Linda! OMG, I hate Crab Walks!!!

Hi Peg, I didn't see the restless leg thing till now. I have restless leg syndrome and I take medicine for it. I was literally doing a kickbox workout in my sleep. I woke up once with my legs in the air. Not fun.

The pill I take is actually for Parkinson's but works for restless leg syndrome also.


A side note on the new workout I threw together, it is an hour long but I only did the cardio portion of it.
