Week 2 sts 2.0 high impact cardio rotation

I’ve just completed Giant Sets and how relieved I was to do lying tricep extensions in group 3, but only because I got to lie down for the exercise! Oh my goodness, Cathe - you’re a tough task master. Wow! Loved the workout, loved the intensity and loved working unilaterally throughout that middle group.
 
So far I have only done the 3 total body workouts (1st week of the 12 week rotation) and I LOVE them! The heavier weights and slower pace really put the emphasis on form, as well as ramping up the cardio factor. Cathe doesn't waste a minute during these!

Nanbo, that's also the reason I LOVE this series! Slow and heavy with the cardio factor! Today I'm starting Phase II of the Upper and Lower Body workouts!
