I just recently started working my legs more and I noticed today and yesterday my legs are extremely sore and my jeans feel tighter in the legs. My question is could I be retaining fluid? Thanks for any help!!
Thank You, I feel better now. I was feeling a little discouraged when I tried on my jeans. My legs just shake when I exercise because they hurt so much, hopefully the pain will go away soon.
Drink more water. I know it sounds weird. A friend of mine told me about proboitics, so I have been getting those fiber bars with that in them. Also I a teaspoon of cod liver oil and mixin' aloe vera juice in my cranberry juice helps as well.
Yep I don't like water retention either, you are so not alone!
