<--has not worked out since thursday on account of shoulder injury
<--does feel like it is getting a tad bit better and might try some cardio today
<--thinks <--might have torn a tendon or something and wonders what cardio will not involve a lot of jolting/jumping movements?
<--has fun (*insert very sarcastic tone here*) yearly doc appointment today at 3...woo hoo (*again, sarcasm*) x(

<---was tied up in meetings - fun...
<---had a lovely weekend despite the get together with the SIL/BIL and their 2 kids (2yrs & 4yrs) on Saturday
<---isn't sure she ever wants one (kid) after chasing after those two all evening
<---was very frustrated at the parents for letting them go EVERYWHERE in her house
<---says that when she was little, she would have gotten her butt blistered for going into a host's bedroom and going through their drawers etc... (they were running through her NEWLY mulched flower beds, going through her underwear drawer, opening the closets, etc...)
<---ended up locking every room on the second floor
<---adds that even the wieners were hiding from the kids and Montana would growl at the little girl if she even came near him (says that she would have scolded him, but the girl had already kicked him once and slapped him another time. <--- thought she deserved the growl...)
<---had a lovely time with her parents on Sunday though - went out to eat with them and then had some of her family over that evening
<---hopes everyone enjoys their GS upper body work ;)
