Warm-up in skipping cardio?

Cathe, for time sake, if I decide to just do the weight portion for the HIS/LIS, what would be a good overall warm up for the upper body? Thanks, Kay
PS- Love the new videos:)I'm going to try the boot camp section tomorrow. Wish me luck:)
 
Hi Gettingfitmom! About 3 minutes of large range of motion, rhythmic arm movements along with some marching in place or knee lifts. For the last minute you can take 3 pound hand weights and do about 15 shoulder shrugs, 15 shoulder presses, 15 bicep curls, 10 standing hinged rear delt flys, and 10 wall or floor push ups. Have Fun!
 
Thank you Cathe! This will save me time on days I don't too much. I did your new Boot Camp workout, all I can say is, I'm not as fast as i used to be. But it was FUN and I ended up laughing at myself.. Thanks for such a fun workout!!!!!!!!!!!:)Kay
