Just wanted to say thanks for the 4DS - just finished Kickbox w/legs and my legs are heavy and tired! In a good way of course! :)

I love this series and it is working perfectly for my schedule!!

Hi Tracy! All of my rotations (unless it is specifically noted to be about a particular body part, for example, lower body blast) are about balance. I like to incorporate hard work, moderate work, ab work, stretch, strength, cardio, rest, all in one package :)
 
Thanks Debbie! I love how those little smiley's rub each others back and head. So cute and funny too. So you likey that picture? Our graphic artist surprised me with that after I explained the message I was trying to convey with our new STS system. I love the black and white touch to add the drama and the clouds in the background too. I always love to see what he comes up with :7

I printed your pic out from the blog. The one with the stern super hero look on it from your new series announcement. I pinned it up in my cube at work so I have to look at it if I decide to leave and go get a candybar from the snack machine. I think I'm going to add a comment bubble to it. What do you think? Maybe something like "DON'T you DARE!"

For lunch? Freshly made egg salad (more whites, barely yoke, and no mayo) on a densley seeded bread with romaine lettuce piled high in the sandwich. I love that juicy crunch. :9
 
Hi Janet! There is no way for me to know that. Recovering from an injury needs to be taken very seriously. Rushing recovery only invites set backs. If for some reason she would need to miss this series, there will ALWAYS be more in the works. I'm not going anywhere :7

Hi Redstepup! Thank you for being on the fitness journey with us over the years. I appreciate your support and am happy to hear your feedback too. Oh, yes, we certainly have changed over the years. Thank you Jordan! What a nice thing to say. NFL films was very surprised. Funny thing is by the end of filming they were all so inspired and wanted so badly to jump in and get in shape.

I have many specialty certifications that one needs to continue to get in order to maintain a primary certifcation. Also, continuing education credits (CEC's) must be earned every two years to maintain this primary certification. So I attend the larger conventions to earn CEC's but usually sign up for way more things beyond that because education is priceless.

Many of the convention courses have to do with all scopes of fitness....muscle endurance, muscle strength, kickboxing, cycling, circuit, core, burning body fat, pre-natal fitness, various fitness trends/equipment, nutrition, program development, motivating clients, the list goes on.....
