Waiting for my BeachBody order

I have ordered the Turbo Jam deluxe package, the slim series and the power half hour dvd from Beach Body. They placed my order August 24. After two e-mails asking about the shippment of my order I received a new e-mail August 7. They say my order has been delayed due to a backorder. They say they expect this to be resolved shortly and my order should ship within the next few days. Today is 10 of september and I have not received the shippment e-mail. I will e-mail Amber Otto if I don't receive the e-mail early next week. x( x( x( .

Also there are alot of reports on the beachbody forum about defective Turbo Jam dvds. so im also worried that the dvds wont play when they finally do arrive and will have to go through another lengthy wait to get replacements. :-( :-( :-(

I'm sorry to hear about all your troubles with beachbody. I ordered mine on Aug. 29th and I just received mine on Thurs. Sept. 8th. I have had no problem with the DVD freezing. I hope you receive yours soon! Lori BC

I'm still waiting for my order. Actually, there was a mistake in my order which caused the delay. This is my second order with Beachbody and both times there have been mistakes. I am beginning to think that the DVD glitches are DVD player dependant and that we are going to see this more and more with fitness DVDs :( .

Statfit,I'm sorry this is happening to you . Good things come to those who wait ... So I'm guessing your order will be here soon .And with NO dvd Skips !!!!! ..You are actually the one I'm waiting on for your review .As I know your a Taebo Junkie (Like Me LOL).I think I would start calling BB everyday !!! Bug them !!! Good luck .

I ordered mine when you did and received the DVDs August 29th. I didn't have any freezing/skipping problems if this is any consolation.
I would contact Amber this weekend as she sometimes is on line to see what the problem is. Goodness, Chalene is talking of a new production soon, and you haven't received the 1st series yet!
I will be glad for you to get your Turbo Jam because the workouts are really fun. There is so much you can to with these to keep the intesity level up. I am so anxious for you to get yours.

I hope you get your order soon! If its any consolation none of my TJ DVDs skip. I've been successfully mixing them in with my Cathe DVDs doing a one party part a week rotation (I am especially feeling it in the ab area) and having a lot of fun at the same time! :)

Jordan thank you very much. I hope you will receive the order as soon as possible.This is my second order too (my first order was the P90X I love) and both times I had problems.I've tried the live chat but I kept getting a response saying that they were all busy.

Mary thank you very much. I will post my opinions about TJ but first I have to receive the workouts. Hurry, hurry BB.


Wanda thank you very much.Chalene is talking about new TJ workouts more advanced and a monthly subscription.I don't know if I will order those workouts because I don't want to have problems with BB each month.I am glad to know TJ are fun workouts. Enjoy.

I am glad to know everyone don't have skipping or freezing problems. When I will receive the workouts we will enjoy together. I can't wait.

Hey Mariángeles!! I order my 2 weeks ago from this past Friday and just got mine on Thursday. I just did Cardio party and there was no skipping. I thought is was really fun but IMO I think Cathe is better at cueing, but I really think once you start doing this a few times you should know the next move by heart:) I preview the lower body and it really looks like a good one, alot of squats and lunges with a band and a set of light weight dumbells. I am going to do this tomorrow. I still have to preview the others. I hope you get yours soon. I order this because of you:)

Sorry you still haven't recieved them. Mine don't skip or freeze at all. You know how Beachbody is - there's always a chance something is going to get screwed up. I hope they are in good condition when you do finally get them.
