WAIT! Who trains Cathe?

How can one person really have such neverending knowledge of fitness.

Curious as to whether you endure additional workouts on top of your normal workday, or if your workday is your sole workout routine. Do you have a trainer? (Can't image there's anyone qualified to train the best.)

And, how about your husband: Is he into health and fitness to the extreme you are. Can't get my husband to join me. Any suggestions?

I've been off for over a year due to breast cancer surgeries/treatments, but am so glad to be back. Once I could briskly walk 2 - 3 miles, I began your beginner rotations. Still have limited mobility which makes it difficult but am very determined to get it back in my right shoulder/arm. Also want to let you know my doctor's think I've handled my sugeries/treatments/recovery extremely well because of your prior workouts. THANK YOU!

Hope you know how fabulous you are and what a great service you provide. Thanks just doesn't seem to be enough. Not sure I could have made it through my treatments without your help. I went into it feeling healthy & strong and was able to continue working out (w/ modifications of course) until my last two treatments.

I have all of your DVD's & have recently received the lastest. Can't use them yet but my goal is to be able to one day.

God Bless You.

Just wanted to say good luck on your continued recovery!

Pdell -

A fellow BC survivor here! Congrats on your recovery! I've lost 27 pounds since my treatment ended in the spring - 17 of it gained during treatment weight and 10 pounds of bonus!

I am going into reconstruction surgery in two weeks and I've been getting my self as fit as I can because like you, I am convinced my fitness level made the original treatment much more tolerable - esp. the chemo - bleh...

Take care!

I remember one time she mentioned a trainer she used for her abs when she was getting ready for either the Hardcore series or the Intensity Series, I forget which. It's pros like Cathe who know they can always learn something! And she especially has to keep current with the newest exercise trends and research.
