hi cathe,
as i was looking at the pictures of different videos, it seemed to me that the average size/weight had decreased for the back-up performers/talent. it wouldn't be a surprise b/c in general that seems to happen as aerobics instructors continue. still, it's kind of a sad occurrence. is my perception correct?
