I have an older Cathe video and like it and have been using the Firm but want to buy some newer Cathe videos. I workout on the 2nd floor and cant jump so I was wondering if there are any suggestions for inter/advanced workouts that are lower impact. I like the step/circuit and would like at least a 45 minute workout. Thanks for any help!!:)
 
I would try Kick, Punch & Crunch. It's a low impact, high energy workout with a great ab routine on the ball. The workout is 68 minutes. It also has Legs & Glutes on it which is a great leg workout. It's also more an endurance workout so it keeps your heart rate up. This DVD has loads of premixes so you could combine both cardio and strength. You could also try Cardio & Weights which has step and compound weight exercises using dumbbells. It is 60 minutes long. This also has IMAX 2 on it which is a great workout but does have jumping. You could just use the step only premix on this one.

some cathes that don't need alot of jumping are kick,punch,crunch(which also has the great legs and glutes workout)Low-Max a longer step workout intervaled with low impact blast to work the legs. Cardio and Weights hits it all with low impact step,compound weight exercises, and heavy upper body. High Step Training and High Step Circuit combine cardio and weights. High Step Circuit is more beginner but the use of light weights and a band really work my body while giving me light cardio. High Step Training is very tough, even modifing the moves to lower impact, its still a killer. it uses dumbbells and a barbell. all these workouts are 48-72 mins.
