Fun because of the variety and time flew by!
I haven't done it, but watched most of it, I agree, there is alot of variety , with different
combos and different moves. As a rule, I am not good at and rarely attempt crab walk
or kicks, but I practiced that different one with the leg kick out and that I can do!! :)
Liked the modifications thrown in there too!
 
Way to go with your modified crab walk! Agree that was a great move. I've noticed that Cathe is including more commentary about modifications these days...or maybe I'm just now noticing, lol...but either way I appreciate it!
