This video clip is from Cathe's Thursday, July 6th "Boot Camp Circuit" live workout and is our 157th live broadcast.This high intensity Boot Camp style workout will include six rounds of challenging fitness exercises with brief rest in between.

Equipment needed:

Full sized step with 2 risers under each side

3, 5, 8, 10, 12 & 15 pound dumbbells

Stability ball

Fitness Mat

Cedie!!!! :) So nice to see her again! (And she looks fantastic! Cathe, I love your classes with cast members! When is Jai going to show up? :p;))

Can't wait to get my sweat on with Cedie again, even if she IS there in a slightly different capacity/role. :)

Great workout Cathe! It was so nice to see Cedie. Doesn't the camera man know she's a legend? It would've been nice to have the camera on her a bit more so we could workout with an old friend.

Everyone works out so well! They really follow all the moves. No rewind... They're strong, and Healthy.
