This video clip is from Cathe's (Thursday's February 11th at 9:15am EST) "Athletic Training" Live workout and is our 88th Cathe Live production.

Very closely matched to the DVD, you'll open with all intense low impact athletic & basic movements on the step to ignite your metabolism and sculpt your thighs & glutes. After that you'll continue with bands & weight work to challenge your upper body & core too. Yowza!

Equipment needed:

Full Sized Step with two risers under each side to start (have two extra risers handy to add height later)
Various weighted dumbells (5's, 8's, 10's)
Fire walker loop
Resistance tube with handles
Fitness Mat
