Video Announcement

Hi everyone! We're excited to tell you that the 8 new videos are being loaded on a tractor trailer tomorrow and will be on there way to us from our California plant. While we have an east coast plant and a west coast plant, we chose to use the west coast plant because we have hardly ever had problems with defective videos when we used the west coast plant(knock on wood!!!).

We will have to wait until next week to give you an exact ship date, however, we can tell you that they will ship anywhere from Aug 23rd to Aug 28th.

Your patience and good nature has meant the world to us. THANK YOU!!!

P.S. My physical therapist is allowing me to do step again! Well, I can do 10 basics on the left and 10 on the right. Maybe by the time I get the tapes, I can do them (probably with very low impact modifications, but hey, it's better than just watching!!).

Congratulations Cathe & SNM!!!!

Your accomplishments with this new series are nothing short of extraordinary. Here's my reasons why:

1. 8 videos at once? who else but Cathe?!?!

2. We see the end result and it's easy for us to forget about the production/business end of what you do. Wouldn't it be a different world for all of us if the people/businesses/suppliers WE worked with in our daily lives actually did WHAT they said they were going to do WHEN they said they were going to do it. I'm sure if it was up to Cathe and SNM they would have complete control (wouldn't we all).

3. You went to great lengths to solicit our input into the content of the videos. That's the ultimate it customer service!

4. You were very upfront from day one about the process and the schedule and you kept us informed throughout. You gave us previews of the set, the equipment, the clothes, video clips - thank you, thank you.

5. I'm eager to get the videos but I can't bring myself to find fault with Cathe and the crew if things take longer than I want them to because I know these videos will be classics that will endure long after I've forgotten my impatience, I mean eagerness

We have so much fun and get such great results from your videos, I think we often forget how complex the production process can be. I really can't think of what more we could have asked of you.

You guys are a class act, your success is well deserved and I am looking forward to Cathe making videos for a long time - do you think when she's 70 she might go to a 6" step? Cathe and all the folks at SNM - THANK YOU!

Cathe and her crew are a first class outfit, and I can find NO fault at all for how they have handled this massive project.

When Cathe is 70 and producing those videos for the 6 inch step, I'll be 85 and will probably have to lower mine to 4 inches, but I'll still do them.

I am so happy to hear this news. I too want to know how long it will be until the DVD's ship. I don't mean to be a pest by asking a question that's already been asked. I just wanted to be able to check the box to get an e-mail when a new message is posted. Great job, Cathe and SNM. You are awesome!
