for that 6 inch step. All kidding aside, I have actually been using a 6 inch step on a regular basis lately. I chose this height after my return to working out(weeks after the baby was born). Since it continues to keep me in my THR, I have just stayed with it.

Enjoy your videos!

New Dvd's

We're still working on the DVD's. We will either finish the authoring towards the end of next week or the beginning of the following week. We should have more details shortly.

Thanks Cathe for the Reminder of What's Important!

Your comments about using a 6" step have given me the "duuuuh" hit in the head that I've been needing. I started using your videos in November of last year and, as happens to most, really dove into your workouts - at a pace that I realized later was too much, too fast. Well, thanks to you and the "Educated Crowd" on these forums I realized the error of my overenthusiastic ways and moderated my workout schedule.

However, what I had stubbornly refused to do was modify my step height (I know, I know, you constantly remind us to listen to our bodies). But, I celebrated my 44th birthday in February and, much to my surprise, for the first time in my life, I've become hyper-sensitive to any suggestion that the bod ain't what it used to be.

When I read your post indicating that you can keep your heartrate in the target zone on a 6" step — well, as I said, I realized that there are important numbers (target heart rate zone) and umimportant numbers (step height and age).

Thanks again Cathe and crew.

Janet

Me too!

I would like to know when the DVDs ship too! Can't wait --- I am soooooo ready for these new Cathe workouts!

Watch Out HB!

You may find me camped out on your porch next week and telling your UPS man that my name is HoneyBunch!! Hee-Hee! Thanks for the offer. I just may take you up on it.

I am ready too, Amy

I run but it seems like a great effort these days and pulling out Interval Max (my favorite) is sometimes daunting so I can't wait to be able to chose from hi-lo or kickboxing or step. Maybe I'll be energetic and do two or maybe I'll take it easy that day. Oh, the endless possibilities! And DVD is so cool for that reason, waaaiting is the hardest part!
