What is the exactly price of the international shipping for the VHS tapes? I´m planning to preorder the 5 new videos.

Free Shipping on earlier DVD's

I'm wondering why Cardio Hits (which contains 3 programs) is comparatively less expensive than the 2 pack DVD (which contains 2 programs). The 2 pack comes out to over $22 a program, while Cardio hits is around $15.

Mainly because Cardio Hits contains"only" older videos, while the 2 pack contains "just released" titles.
