I previewed most of my Hard Core videos last night, and am very very pleased, especially with Muscle Max and the Gym style weights videos! I really like the rep ranges and rest periods that you chose for these workouts. I also really like the core work at the end of Muscle Max. MIS has been my favourite weights workout of yours for a long time, and now I have new favourites! I can't wait to try them.
I am also extremely pleased with the three stretch workouts. I was one of the many people who asked that you consider doing a stretch workout, and its great that you take the time to listen to us.
This is an area I want to work on, and the routines, music, set, etc look so relaxing.
