I am from Canada and about 1 and 1/2 years ago when I discovered College Video, I kept seeing the name Cathe Friedrich come up. I looked her up and watched the clips and then I went to her site. I have been working out to Denise Austin, Karen Voight, Tammi Lee Webb and I enjoy them all, but nothing I have ever seen compares to Cathe. I am very thankful to have found her and I now follow the blog and read along the forums (this is my first posting), it is very interesting and imformative. I preordered her new DVD's and just recieved them, I now have 15 of her dvd's. I feel as though I have a personal trainer with me in my basement at 5:30 am. I will look forward to her next presale and continued reading on the forum. Mel
