That looks fantastic. I think I'd add some olive oil too, so it would "stick to the ribs" more. Food with no fat whatsoever is not as satisfying as a meal to me. I am so hungry now! But I'll settle for a salad, because there's no time to cook that chili.
I can't wait until cold weather so I can have thick hearty soups again. Call me crazy, but I hate summer, except for the excellent produce and the long days. I hate the heat, humidity, bugs.
