I'm brand new to the forum and have a question. Does Cathe use the high step for aerobics i.e. actually doing step on the higher, small platform and if so how can I modify? I fell off the 8" portion of the Firm fanny lifter which IMHO is much too small for step aerobics and I broke my wrist. I needed surgery, pins and am out of work for weeks. At this point I'm terrified to get on any step but I have Cathe's BB series and really want to use it whe my cast is off and the doc says I can exercise again. Thanks.
