I read a post by Regina ,that she used an EZ curl bar and a straight bar, so in the endurance portion of sts she could keep her rests in the 30 sec. range. This way she would not have to worry about changing out her BB as much. Is this OK or does it effect the muscles differently? For ex. does the EZ bar change the way a bicep is effected in a curl?
