Hi there Robin,
Actually, before I got hurt I was following the Freestyle Method of training for the legs. So, maybe that's where the credit is due. Not sure, since it's been three months (oops, not 4) since I've done that kind of training. If you do a search you'll come up with a ton of info. It's high rep low weight. I really liked following that type of training. I definitely saw results. ****Beware**** Make sure you do lots of stretching if you go this route. My tight muscles may have contributed to my injury. It's just a hunch. Give it a try. Maybe it's time to shake things up a bit.

I was also incorporating the Slim Series by Beachbody. It's not great for upper body, IMHO, but I did like using it for leg workouts. Again, it's the high rep low weight philosophy. I love Bryan Kest Power Yoga. I definitely feel worked out when I finish his practice and stretched. Good luck. Let us know what you decide to do.
