The thing about PUB is that it involves a large volume of work at a relentless pace in an efficient time period. I don't think Cathe has another upper body workout quite like it.
Producing note-worthy DOMS is one thing. But are you growing with this workout? It's an endurance workout, when done as-is, rather than promoting sustainable strength gains (I speak from personal experience). It's a useful workout to do after a period of time training in a specific manner, just to test how you now do, to see whether you have made strength gains or not.
I think it works best as a strength workout when broken down into either pyramid up or down, taken at a slower pace with less volume of work. This is one way to use the DVD to keep making it useful to you.
I guess I also don't really understand why we should want another workout just like it: PUB already exists, and can be used in different ways, made more flexible in our fitness programs, where the point is to shake things up, have workouts that train us in different ways.
So, getting another workout just like it is less useful to you than getting a workout, say, like the Burn Sets from Xtrain, that is complementary to it and will help promote fitness gains (growth) when used in conjunction with PUB. I would use this as my guideline in choosing new workouts, or even among my old ones, rather than the fact that any given workout produces great DOMS. DOMS are often produced just because the movements are not as familiar to the body as other movements, that's all, and sooner or later, the body will get used to these movements also.
I hope I don't sound too negative, I don't mean to be, just aiming for a different perspective than I think you are going to get from other Cathletes. Anyway, I hope there's something useful to you in this response,
