Upper Body Segment of Body Max

I recently purchased the PH, Body Max, MIS DVD. The upper body segment of Body Max is great. It's exactly what I'm looking for. A short (34 minutes) yet challenging upper body segment. I personally think the back segment is Cathe's best work. I highly recommend this tape for those looking for a short upper body Cathe tape.

I agree with you. I often substitute it in for the upper body portion of MIS because it's a little bit shorter, and five minutes in the morning can make a big difference.
 
I LOVE that section, it is so challenging! It's the only chest workout she has where I absolutely can not do the pushups after the bench presses! I was on a Body Max kick before starting the Intensity Series
