A while back you gave a description of some of your older weight workouts according to muscular endurance and building strength. Can you please give a description like this for your workouts since this posting ( Gym style, MM, SS, PP). It would be sooooo helpful for me. Also, which of the older ones (CTX, PS series, MIS, PH)can be substittuted with the newer ones. Thank you.
