Update?

Continuing to show interest in her upcoming project by asking how it's going is supportive. :-)
Yes, I agree with you.

Let's be as supportive as we can until then so that day comes later rather than sooner.TT

The fact that I ask SNM questions and seek information from SNM demonstrates that I have an interest in Cathe's workouts. Asking questions does not in any way suggest my non-support of Cathe and as stated, my questions reveal my interest and support of SNM and Cathe. There are multiple forum threads that are requesting that Cathe or SNM supply or provide an update but sadly no questions have been answered, nor an update provided. If you do not have questions or concerns, so be it, and I do not fault you in any way for that, but please allow those of us who have legitimate questions to continue to ask because we, like you, support her efforts to produce quality workouts.

Please point to anywhere where I discouraged anyone from asking questions (or "finger wagged", apparently), when in fact I have said this:

This is fair enough. Around this point last year with LMR1, she had already started to share rehearsal pictures. Based on the video sneak peak, it seems to me that she isn't even finished with the workout design yet or identified the cast. It would take a lot of guts to publicly admit that she is this far behind, but admitting this would be far better at this point than saying nothing.

Support of the pre-sale (or "Kickstarter") concept doesn't mean criticism of request for updates. I don't even see how anyone can connect those dots.

I don’t think it’s bad to request an update on a product that I have purchased. Cathe is a savvy businesswoman, has been for years. She has provided many updates along the way for her presales. I would like one for this series. Not unsupportive, not negative, not mean.

I have followed Cathe for so long. Way back when she posted pictures of her belly with her first pregnancy.
I realize she is more "famous" now so maybe some of that closeness with her clients had to suffer. But I am pretty disappointed that after almost 5 months not one peep in response to these questions - especially about the "while-you-wait" downloads.

News today. July 1st date for #1.

Cathe offers pre-sales to take some of the financial burden of production off of her company. She has been doing it for decades, I doubt she would consider changing.
At the end of the day, she's running the business at her terms and conditions.
It's a take or leave as far as a customer is concerned right!?

Well some of us here, who are patiently waiting without any politics and or innuendos, are very happy to TO TAKE. We are aware of how negativity can create cortisol!!! Us muscle pumpers are out of those dramas and blah blah blah blah. We also CARE knowing she's has had knee surgery not so long ago.

Requests for an update isn't a complaint nor should it be characterized as one. It is all part of the waiting process on an upcoming release...and I'm sure Cathe et. Company expect.( If everyone didn't care about the status that would certainly be no bueno, lol!!!) But whether other customers desire an update doesn't diminish the reasonable expectation of the OP et others to receive some sort of a response. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Agreed. I used to be a die-hard Cathe fan. I finally cancelled my streaming membership as I just do not reach for her workouts much anymore. But since my "defend Cathe at all costs days" (which I see some still do and it reminds me of my younger self) to now, nothing has changed in the way preorders go. You preorder and wait for a teeny tiny tidbit. This series does interest me for a week or two when I want to use lighter weights and maybe focus on moving my body in a different way. I'll be back in a few months to check on updates...LOL!

Not there yet, though. On the scale of things to be disgruntled about in my life, this is low, low, loooowwwwwww on the totem pole.
Could not agree anymore.

There are higher issues on the totem pole as far as LIFE is concerned!

Hi Everyone,
I want to provide an update on my new LMR 2 series.
With us nearing the end of summer, we do have to announce that the release date for this series will be delayed. I wish I could say that we don’t anticipate delays with these larger-scale projects, but because of some of the difficulties we faced with the last couple of series, we had to accept the possibility.
We did end up running into some unavoidable delays, and this scenario is the main reason why I filmed the 4 free heavy weight download workouts for you. Not only as a thank you for pre-ordering and waiting, but also to make that wait just a tad bit easier. It does ease my heart to see how much you’ve been enjoying the downloads, and you still have one more to look forward to in a few weeks!
Here's some good news- we ARE still planning (and working towards) a 2025 release! And this month, we will finally start taking you behind the scenes of the project to share some sneak peeks and more. I am so excited to be at this point, and I look forward to bringing you along for the ride!
I’ve been hard at work fine-tuning these workouts so that I can provide you with the content and quality that you’ve waited so patiently for.
Thank you so much, everyone, for your continued loyalty, support, and excitement. I couldn’t continue doing what I love so much if it weren’t for all of YOU!

From this sentence "we ARE still planning (and working towards) a 2025 release! "

Do we hope by Christmas, or as someone said maybe in the new year? I am just going by timelines, and with the holidays coming upon us, filming, sending to replicators for proof copies, editing, then printing, then traveling the DVDs across country - this whole process seems to take a while (a few months) if I recall.

It's been a minute. I wonder how far along the programs have progressed.
Based on the email I read today they don't seem to have progressed to filming stage yet.
Do we hope by Christmas, or as someone said maybe in the new year?
It sounds like that's the hope, right? I think we should all prepare for potential obstacles of holidays and shipping delays due to the holiday shipping traffic.
(I do believe in the magic of Christmas though!!) ;)
Either way, we will have to wait and see what the updates this month reveal as far as progress, and more importantly, answers to questions on specifics regarding this series! :)

Hi gigi! Good to "see" you! I am glad you have gotten "older and wiser" and realize that people who ask questions are not attacking Cathe--or anyone else for that matter. Defending or attacking someone (anyone) who is not your family, friend, or loved one At All Costs does not earn you a medal or prize or a special place in heaven. :D

I am anxious to read more details about the series to come and have some of the burning questions answered. I would love to see at least an outline of one or more of the workouts and an approximate "level" of intensity. In the meantime, I am catching up on some Cathe Lives whilst enjoying my new awesome 6 ft mat wearing my "We are all in this together" Cathe socks. I am a Cathe fan, not a "fan-atic."
