Hi Cathe - I figured I would jump on this thread to ask you my question about 6/25 as well - I am doing your June rotation - next week is #4 and I wanted to get your thoughts about which leg workout Thursday's routine would sub for - I am thinking the Meso 1 workout disc 12 (based on your description of what you will do that day), so I would just do plyo legs on another day that week, but wanted to see if you agree.
Also, is there anything we need to bring - resistance bands or yoga mat? I know you are trying to bring in 5lb dumbbells for all participants, but wasn't sure if we should bring something if we could, given that the space is not a fully equipped gym.
