I bought a used Body Max video on Ebay recently and I love Cathe's workouts. I do some sort of cardio every day for at least one hour(swimming, biking, running or cross trainer). I am a farmer, I raise dairy goats and make bath and body products using goat's milk. I think I have great endurance but I need to work on building muscle. This will make lifting/carry bags of feed easier and wrestling the bad boy goat bucks!
I can afford two DVD's right now and I need some help making the decision. I am looking at the following DVD's
Pure Strength
Slow and Heavy
Power Hour
Pyramid Upper and Lower Body
Which two would be the best to buy that I could use for a rotation? Are there some better ones I have missed? Thanks for any advice,
