Twelve Week Fitness/Weightloss Challege

Just doing my check-in.Did well all week with cardio and weightlifting.My eating habits were better during the week but once that weekend came-watchout.Between the prime rib and blue cheese on the salad saturday,I only lost a total of 1 pound.I'm going to become from focused during my weekends.Also we went apple picking and my husband loves apple crisp.Oh,No!

There seems to be alot of weighins and challeges on the discussion page.So I thought from now on I'll post under twelve week challege.
 
I feel like I need to lose another 15-20 lbs (I've lost 80, but I have been stuck at 160bl for quite a while), this week I lost 2. Thank goodness! This challenge has motivated to recommit to losing the rest of the weight. I hadn't lost anything in over a month, so this week feels pretty good.

I'm kind of doing the Body for Life challenge, but I just can't do only 20 minutes of aerobics. Maybe I'm just too conditioned to putting in a hour, but twenty minutes just seems like too little. I do have hard and lite days though.:)

Week one down...11 to go.:)

Oopps! I meant I've lost over 100lbs. See, it's been so long since I lost anything, I'm starting to forget!:)
