Turbo Jammers ???

If you like KPC, the intensity can be modify, you get as much as you put in it. The music is a lot of fun, I am using them as a supplement to Cathe, sometimes, I don't want to do the step. The music is Hip Hop, there is a little dancing but is mostly a little shake, nothing fancy. The kickboxing moves are well taught in the Learn and Burn DVD, if you take the time to learn the 11 moves, they will work your core to the point that you will feel your abs after each workout. There is another thread where other people discuss it. It is title Turbo Jam is Blast.

Hi
I just recieved mine yesterday! The jury is still out for me! Two of my dvds freeze on me so I have contacted customer service, but have not received a reply. They seem kinda dancy too me. Charlene seems nice but she keeps on saying "come on baby!" and it annoys me. Also some of the background exercisers give these looks at the camera which drive me crazy too.
They seem to be the same intensity of KPC and are
more low impact than Cathe's cardio tapes. (Imaxs and step blast). I'm having knee and foot problems (plantar fascitis) and need lower impact cardio so I'm trying these workouts. Also Cathe 's form is much better to me. Turbo sculpt reminded me of the firm because you use light weights and compound moves. that one froze on me so did not finish it. So for weight work I would use Cathe.
Hope this helps!
Jen
