If you like KPC, the intensity can be modify, you get as much as you put in it. The music is a lot of fun, I am using them as a supplement to Cathe, sometimes, I don't want to do the step. The music is Hip Hop, there is a little dancing but is mostly a little shake, nothing fancy.
