I did the original Turbo Fire. They have since made it a bit easier beginner friendly. I absolutely loved it and still use some of disc. I never followed TF entirely because I like weight lifting.
The set I have
TF Hiit 15, 20, 25 (I never do calorie burn with hiit cause its all about the afteburn
TF 45EZ and 55 EZ I only did these a few times just didn't like them
TF 30 ( 300 calorie burn ) and 45 (450 calorie burn)
Tone 30 and Core 30 (both band work) I liked both workouts but really don't meet my needs. I'm a heavy weight person. I did take these on vacation one year just to have some resistant training while laying around.
I still will use the short hiit workouts for a warm up before weight lifting. They are fun and really help make the weight workout a calorie burn.
I like Chalean stuff. I started with her Turbo Jam (beginner/intermediate) then her Chalean extreme (intermediate) then Turbo FIre (advance) I did chalean extreme turbo fire together I leaned out. It really was a great for me.
Her stuff got me in shape enough not to be afraid of cathe LOL. I love cathe workouts but plan on getting Chalean next program.
But if you are just wanting a cardio program that burns caloires and you like dance/kickboxing there is a learning curve. the workout are fun and they will help you lean out IMO
