Hi, Any help much apprciated. I exercise generally 5 times/week - absx2(usually Cathe, upper bodyx1, lower bodyx1 and cardiox4. Whilst my upper abs are nicely defined, my lower are fairly flat, but seem "baggy,wrinkeled and loose" when I bend over! I had 2 children a few years ago and over the past 2 years have slimmed down from a size 12/14 to a size 8/10. However, no matter how many lower ab exercises I do, my lower abs stil remain like this when I bend over.
Any help would be grately appreciated.
